Opis:
We consider delay differential equations with the unimodal feedback nonlinearity (similar to Mackey-Glass or Lasota-Ważewska equation). It is assumed that the nonlinearity is close to a piecewise continuous function g, that vanishes for arguments large enough. We show existence of stable periodic orbits for discontinuous DDE (g). Then it is shown that the original, continuous DDE also has a stable periodic orbit. Periodic orbits may have complicated structures.
